At Tower Dental Associates in Gainesville, we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
 
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.   Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
 
We accept most insurance PPO plans, please call Angela or Heather, our friendly administrative staff, for any help with your insurance benefits and they will gladly assist you.
 
For your convenience we accept Debit Cards,Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
 
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For your convenience, we offer convenient INTEREST-FREE  12 or 18 monthly payments with Chase Health Advance and CareCredit. Apply online or from the comfort of your home and in most cases,you will receive confirmationwithin an hour.

Patient Insurance 
 

We accept most insurance PPO plans and all private insurance plans.
 
We will file your paperwork and assist you with any insurance information you may need, including predeterminations for treatment.
